Go to your google apps login page.
Use the Google Apps password reset tool by clicking "NEED HELP" at the bottom of the login screen.
Also please check out Google's excellent info on how to maintain a secure account. You are responsible for maintaining your account, changing your password regularly and creating secure passwords. All of these things are very important.
