All companies which sell software solutions have a helpdesk or knowledge base on their own sites. For Google Gmail - there are extensive tutorials by Google. For WordPress there is WordPress.org and for something like LastPass Password Manager there's Lastpass.com. 

For most of your questions the answers are available on the sites of the company which provides the tool. I provide these links as a service to my clients. If you do not find a link on this site for the software or tool you are having issues with on a site built by Liz McLellan Strategy - please submit a ticket and I will add more support materials.
